TRANSPORT OF GOODS

In the Laat.ee portal, the transport of goods is agreed between the merchant and the buyer.

The portal accepts no responsibility regarding transport. The cost of transport is shown on the fair page as well as product page.

On the fair page, a blue truck indicates set transport, a pink truck indicates unset transport and a red truck means that the product price includes transport costs.

AGREEMENT

For reaching an agreement, relevant declarations have to be exchanged.

A contract can be made in any form.

For example, it can be concluded simply by email, orally, in writing (as a signed document) or electronically (digital signature).

The contract can also be concluded by accepting an order.

A contract can be deemed concluded if it has been signed by the party that takes a responsibility.

There can be a requirement that the contract be concluded in a certain period of time.

The responsibility taken in a contract will be considered fulfilled if it has been performed towards the correct person, in the correct time and place and manner.

Mail service

The sending of packages via Eesti Post is done in post offices, where also a receipt will be given.

In case of personal transport, the route is combined for many orders at a time.

Joint transport

70% of small businesses are ready to organize the transport in cooperation with other companies.

Courier services

Courier services are offered by many companies. Thay include bicycle couriers and express couriers.

For example.

o for the delivery of a 1 kg package into a county center by 14:00 the next day, Eesti Post charges 55 kroons if the package has been brought to the post office

o if the package is picked up from the sender's place, an additional 66 kroons will be charged by Eesti Post

o the less expensive courier companies include
